Air Leaf Suspension, also known as leaf spring suspensions, absorb shocks and vibrations in heavy commercial vehicles, similar to air ride suspensions. These tough pieces of spring steel supply the capability of your suspension to move with the terrain of the roadway so that the energy is not transferred from the wheels to the chassis, providing a more comfortable ride.
This NAK Air Leaf Suspension reduced its weight 363 lbs. compared its predecessor, Yonglitai's Air Leaf. It has considerably fewer parts, a higher weight rating, and improved ground clearance. It is approved for use in belly-dumps and when lower fifth-wheel heights are necessary (high-cube van, reefer, bulk-haul, car carriers and high center-of-gravity loads. With a bonded OE-style rubber bushing, the pin is not allowed to rotate, so the entire bushing can be forced to spin within the eye of the spring thus leading to the wallowed out spring eye. Bonded rubber bushings attempt to combat this with an inboard flanged outer sleeve encased in a ring with detents for "gripping" the edge of the spring's eye.

Product Features
New type of beam type air suspension is designed for the road conditions in China. Used for dangerous chemical tank semi-trailer, box semi-trailer and side-wall semi-trailer.
The width of front hanger is 110mm. Easy to be welded with new I-shaped beam. The flange web doesn't need to be widen or welded with widening board, thereby improving the installation efficiency of the trailer factories, and the trailer is more aesthetically pleasing.
Integrated box beam: Stamped high-strength plate box beam structure. The beam and axle are welded in one piece without U-bolt fixing and avoiding problems such as U-bolt loosening. Higher strength, better stability and convenient installation.
Lightweight design: The 165kg NAK air suspension is about 20% less than the traditional suspension in weight.
Design of shock absorber with large variable stiffness: Unique groove cutting design is benefit to absorb vibration and reduce noise. Axle sleeve with variable stiffness is better to adapt to different road surfaces and improve driving comfort. The bushing with wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant rubber formulation has a longer service life.
